了解一个新名词: CRM
一个偶然的机会，来到了AIMcrm这个网站。这个网站主要介绍一个按需基于网络的软件，应用来管理处理销售线索。在这里学习了一个新的词语：CRM。
CRM具体含义引用如下：
CRM(Customer Relationship Management)，即客户关系管理。这个概念最初由Gartner Group提出来，而在最近开始在企业电子商务中流行。CRM的主要含义就是通过对客户详细资料的深入分析，来提高客户满意程度，从而提高企业的竞争力的一种手段。
CRM客户关系管理，是最近几年在国内才有的词，大概是伴随着年日年和电子商务的大潮而进入中国的。
现在在企业管理上，这类软件需要的比较多，销售线索管理、销售团队管理、销售能力自动化、广告系列管理等等，都是CRM软件的范畴。

突然发现，博主开始写英文的了
CRM见过很多的哦。我们公司用的青岛英网开发的CRM，SQLserver+.net，我觉得很一般，关键是价格便宜，不知道国内还有没有其他的大的CRM软件商。
国内我还没有见过比较不错的CRM
